Qi Gong (energy discipline) brings us back into the body and trains our connection with energy (Qi) through movement, posture, breathing and intention. It teaches us to root ourselves, to align ourselves and to centre ourselves.
Taoist meditations are an invitation to step outside the mind and transform the emotions stored in our vital organs, such as anger in the liver or sadness in the lungs. As a certified Universal Healing Tao® Instructor, I today share these practices in my self-massage classes and in my Chi Nei Tsang® trainings.
