What is Chi Nei Tsang® ?
Chi Nei Tsang® is a therapeutic massage derived from Traditional Chinese Medicine and developed over the last forty years by the Taoist Master Mantak Chia. The massage begins at the navel and is applied directly to the 5 Vital Organs (Heart, Spleen, Lungs, Kidneys and Liver) and their Associated Organs (Small Intestine, Stomach, Pancreas, Large Intestine, Bladder and Gallbladder). The aim of Chi Nei Tsang® is to detoxify the Organs and then revitalise them, in particular by activating blood circulation and venous return.
What is the content of this Chi Nei Tsang® Training?
This course covers around fifty manual and elbow massage techniques applied to the 5 Vital Organs (Heart, Spleen, Lungs, Kidneys and Liver) and their Associated Organs (Small Intestine, Stomach, Pancreas, Large Intestine, Bladder and Gallbladder
What makes Chi Nei Tsang® so special is that it is accompanied by self-healing techniques, particularly to reduce stress and transform emotions before they attack the vital organs. Through meditations on the organs and self-massage of the abdomen, future practitioners train their sense of their own Organs and their connection to their inner Family of Organs.
During the training, they learn how to pass on these techniques. This aspect of transmission is essential in Chi Nei Tsang®. The aim is to guide clients so that they do not recreate the same symptoms and so that they can maintain the benefits of the massage session. More generally, it is an encouragement to rediscover their power of self-healing and take responsibility for their own health - physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual.
Chi Nei Tsang® practitioners are also trained in the practice of Qi Gong to avoid drawing on their own resources and energy, as well as in physical and energetic cleansing techniques.
